My issue is I eat crap all day long. Every time I take a break, I wander into the kitchen. (I work in the dining room, right next door). I was prepared with WW snacks, and frankly, I just wanted to try everything.
They didn’t have the cake flavored bar so I substituted. Lemon.
I had 5 points left. You’re supposed to eat all of your points. But what was I going to do? Stuff my face with cookies?

I’m really interested in your progress. I’ve never seen this app before, and needless to say, I would like to get rid of my size 18’s and go down a few. I just retired this past school year, where I taught for 34 years, and I am finally getting a mind set to do something about my health. Thanks for the inspiration.

So glad to inspire! I’m an 18 too. I would love to just wear my 16s again right now! (My 18s are getting tight).
